By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the sm605 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• You are not located in any country or region that prohibits the use of services of this nature.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at sm605. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

Registration Requirements

When registering an SM605 account, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name, phone number, and active email address. SM605 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill within the past 3 months).
• Verification of the payment method used, if requested.

Password Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. sm605 will not be liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login details.

SM605 accepts deposits via a range of supported payment methods including FPX (internet banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and other online payment methods available on the platform. All financial transactions are processed through secure channels protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 (e-wallet) or RM 30 (FPX).
• Daily and monthly deposit limits vary according to your VIP membership tier.
• SM605 does not charge additional fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours for regular members and less than 1 hour for VIP members, subject to completed KYC verification. The following withdrawal conditions must be observed:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as the sm605 account holder.

Currency

All transactions on SM605 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). SM605 is not responsible for any losses arising from foreign currency exchange rate differences, where applicable.

SM605 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and loyal members. All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash before the wagering requirements are met.
• Standard wagering requirements range between 10x to 30x total bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.

Bonus Prohibitions

Activities considered bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: multi-sided wagering (arbitrage), using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and any strategy specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. sm605 reserves the right to forfeit all related bonuses and wins if such activity is detected.

SM605 is committed to ensuring that all games offered are fair and transparent. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified by internationally recognised independent audit bodies.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before starting a session. SM605 is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's failure to understand the game rules.

Game Results

All game results are final. Any dispute relating to a game result must be submitted within 72 hours after the gaming session ends. sm605 reserves the right to review game logs to resolve any disputes.

Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during gameplay, sm605 will review server logs to determine a fair outcome. If a game cannot be completed, sm605 reserves the right to refund the bet to the player's account or resume the game from the last recorded point.

You are responsible for:

• System Exploitation — seeking or exploiting any technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Hacking Attempts — any attempt to access sm605 systems without authorization.
• Bonus Abuse — bonus arbitrage, multi-sided wagering, or zero-risk strategies to drain bonuses.

SM605 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of suspension or termination related to fraud or breach of terms, SM605 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in that account.

Account Closure Upon Own Request

If you wish to voluntarily close your sm605 account, please contact our customer support team. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Self-Exclusion
